At Vleren, we are committed to ensuring your online shopping experience is enjoyable and hassle-free. If you find the need to make an exchange, our convenient three-step exchange policy is designed with your satisfaction in mind.

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Care Team

Reach out to the Vleren Customer Care Team by sending a Direct Message on Instagram or Facebook. Our dedicated team is ready to assist you and guide you through the exchange process.

Step 2: Approval and Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is acknowledged and approved by our Customer Care Team, we will initiate the exchange process. We’ll place an exchange order on your behalf and note the items to be sent in exchange. A courier will then pick up the exchange item from your doorstep and deliver it to us for a thorough review.

Our team will carefully assess the exchange item for quality and hygiene. We will promptly inform you of the approval status of your exchange.

Step 3: Delivery of Your Fresh Item

Upon approval, our courier will swiftly deliver the fresh new item right to your doorstep for your convenience. We aim to make the entire process seamless and efficient, ensuring you receive the desired product as quickly as possible.

NOTE :

  • You have 7 days from the delivered date to request for an exchange for the purchased style/s. 
  • Style must be in original condition, tags intact.
  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for discounted/ sale items. 
  • You can exchange your item’s sizes or colors or get an exchange code to place a new order for a new style and courier fee will be charged to the customer.
  • Exchange process takes 10 – 14 working days. 
  • In the unlikely event that any items you have ordered from us are damaged or defective, or if the item delivered, is different from what you had ordered will only be accepted for Refund and will be arranged the courier free of charge.
